
Reverse osmosis is a technology that uses the osmotic characteristics of semi-permeable membrane to achieve solvent solution separation by reverse osmosis of solvent under a certain pressure. Reverse osmosis membrane can trap more than 99% of inorganic salts, organic colloids, and macromolecular substances in the water, so as to produce pure water. Reverse osmosis has been widely used in pure water preparation, water softening, seawater and brackish water desalination, and reclaimed water reuse. According to the different needs of different users for water quality, the reverse osmosis system can be designed as a secondary treatment to obtain higher water quality.
A complete set of reverse osmosis (RO) treatment system should include: booster pump, sand and carbon filter softening pretreatment equipment, membrane assembly host, control system, water quality monitoring system, timed flushing and CIP cleaning system, etc. Due to the variety of raw water and the complex composition of water quality, a suitable pretreatment system is required, which plays a crucial role in the stable operation of the RO system.
Reverse osmosis system process
(1) Primary reverse osmosis water purification system (system desalination rate ≥96%)

Applicable industries: food and beverage, sugar production, fine chemicals, direct drinking water systems in schools and hotels, low-pressure boilers, and conductivity demand ≤ 10us/cm industries
(2) Secondary reverse osmosis system (system desalination rate≥99%)

Applicable industries: food and beverage, chemical pure products, solid tablet pharmaceuticals, medium pressure boilers and industries with water conductivity ≤ 5us/cm
(3) Secondary reverse osmosis ultrapure water system

说明:
以上参数基于普通纯水系统的RO主机统计,电耗为高压RO膜元件数据,低压膜元件耗电约下降40%,但系统脱盐率将会降低1-2%;设备尺寸可根据现场占地修整。
